Ribbon Blenders are used to blend various constituent of intermediates in pharmaceuticals, paint, chemical, food, drugs, agro, and dye industries. The ribbon blender are designed with Double Helical Ribbon Blades, fast and efficient blending. Consist of U type Trough with flat heads. Ribbon blenders are very robust. The central agitator shaft is driven from end with bevel helical gear box. Double helical ribbon in the trough moves the product upward along the outer wall and releases it downward. Simultaneously material is horizontally distributed and is optimally homogenized & lend the material to finest mesh and gather the same at the center for collection through drain nozzles.
